Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly, so we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Free delivery: On orders over £30
- Delivery cost: Calculated at checkout for orders under £30
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you know it’s on its way.
While we always aim to meet these delivery times, please note they are estimates and can occasionally be affected by busy periods or delays outside of our control.
Returns
We truly hope you love your Calmanova products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the returns process simple.
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Because our products are applied to the skin, we’re unable to accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.
How to Return an Item
Returning your order is straightforward:
- Email us at team@calmanova.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, your name, and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll get back to you with clear return instructions.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging to keep it protected in transit.
- Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible at team@calmanova.com.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
